Live painting at your celebration

For weddings, welcome parties, private celebrations and corporate events. Nicolás paints while the event happens, in full view of your guests. What the price covers. The published price is for the session: Nicolás painting during the event, including setup and teardown. The artwork is not included: it is added when booking, depending on what you choose, at the prices below. What can be painted. You decide together. A main painting, priced by size; smaller paintings; or pieces for your guests, such as fans, hats and other keepsakes. The most requested is a portrait or a scene with the details of the day. You choose the scene —a kiss, a dance, the toast— and the backdrop: the decor you prepared or the venue. The main painting can also be a fingerprint tree: each guest places a fingerprint on arrival, and Nicolás finishes it with them as its leaves. The paintings are mostly in oil. How the day goes. Nicolás arrives an hour before he starts painting, to set up; he paints for about four hours and packs up when he finishes. What the venue needs. About six square meters of working space and a power outlet within ten meters. Delivery. The painting is delivered that very day or, if it needs finishing —drying, fixing, retouching and protection—, it goes to the studio and is delivered within the three business days after the event, at the place agreed. Nicolás tells you which applies when he finishes. Pieces painted live are delivered when the session ends, and those that need finishing in the studio, within the following three business days. Not included. Frame, shipping to an address other than the one agreed, time beyond the booked session, digital copies, or travel outside the event's city or accommodation when the trip requires it.
